The 200th Anniversary of the Battle of Lake Erie, presented by Walter Rybka, Senior Captain of USS Niagara and Museum Director
James Madison, presented by Gene Dreyfus, Jefferson Educational Society
Breakouts: * Tour of Museum, its behind the scenes workings, and the USS Niagara * Caleb Pifer on The Flagship Niagara's Modern Relevance to Pennsylvania * Colonel Strong Vincent, led by Bud Dever (note: There is a statue of Col. Vincent in front of the Maritime Museum. Vincent, from Erie, was an officer during the Civil War, saved Little Round Top and died doing it at Gettysburg in 1863.)
